National SQP Awards – Entry T’s & C’s

  1. The owner of The National SQP Awards (the ‘awards’) is Lewis Business Media (Arts) of Suite A, Arun House, River Way, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1SL.
  2. By entering these awards, the Entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them. These terms and conditions include any instructions set out in the entry form.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entry that it deems inappropriate.
  4. If you or your company won a category in the previous year, then you cannot enter that category the following year. However, you can enter any other category.
  5. Entry forms must be completed through the website and submitted by 11:59pm on Friday 26th July 2024 or by the date of extension if this is permitted.
  6. Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted in full, with full contact details.
  7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any lost, late, or mislaid entries and any entry which is damaged, defaced, illegible or incomplete or which otherwise does not comply with these terms and conditions and may be deemed invalid by the Organiser.
  8. The Awards will be judged by a panel of judges selected by the Organiser. Other expert witnesses may also be consulted.
  9. Finalists will be notified by e-mail and will be offered two complimentary tickets to the awards ceremony taking place in November in London. There will be one Award Winner selected from the finalists in each category and announced at the ceremony.
  10. The judges may decline to make an award if for any reason if in their opinion the entries are of insufficient standard.
  11. The award winners will receive a trophy.
  12. Details of the winners will be publicised in OvertheCounter magazine in December 2024 and on www.overthecounter.news 
  13. The decision of the judges on all matters affecting the awards is final and legally binding.
  14. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Any winner may publicise the Award provided the year in which it was won is stated.
  16. The organiser licences any winner or finalist to use the Awards logo in connection with its award until 10th November 2025.
  17. The organiser reserves the right to reallocate an entry to another category if they consider it to be more appropriate.
